    Every campaign started the same way. Someone exported the inventory, then spent about 40 hours preparing data, chasing images, cutting backgrounds, building tracking links, checking every unit by hand. Roughly a third of that data entry came back wrong, and one bad row delayed the entire production run.     Six chained n8n workflows. First, the data pipeline: inventory extracted and transformed into a clean structured master sheet. Second, tracking URL construction: product URLs pulled, UTM parameters appended, links built per unit. Third, AI voiceover: a dynamic four to six second script written per vehicle, generated through the ElevenLabs API, organised and linked automatically. Fourth, the image pipeline: vehicle photos downloaded, backgrounds removed via API, cleaned images uploaded and linked back. Fifth, QR generation: every tracking URL turned into a QR code, pushed to cloud storage, linked back to the sheet. Sixth, final assembly: everything compiled into one structured package with all output settings and metadata, ready for instant deployment. One time build, permanent value. It runs itself every campaign.
