    She is a vocal coach with a real gift and a real audience, and the content was eating her alive. Every reel meant setting up, filming, re-filming, editing, captioning, posting. Every blog post meant sitting down and writing it. The work that actually pays her, teaching people to sing, kept getting pushed behind the work of telling people she exists. And the second you hand content to someone else, it stops sounding like you. That is the trade most creators quietly accept. I did not want her to accept it.

  3. The solution

    We captured her. Not a summary of her, her. From her masterclasses and her coaching sessions we pulled her full tone, the way she explains a thing, the phrases she reaches for, the way she reassures someone who is scared to open their mouth. That became a knowledge base of her actual expertise, and it now enriches everything the system produces. From it the engine writes workbooks, blog posts, Instagram posts, reels, TikToks and carousels, automatically, in her words, in her tone, with her cloned voice, her own avatar and her own brand design. She reviews and approves. That is her whole job now.

  4. How it was built

    The knowledge base is the foundation, because the tone is the product. Voice is a zero shot clone of her own voice, so the reels sound like her, not like a narrator. The talking head version uses an avatar of her. Stills are generated on brand and animated into b-roll. Captions are timed word by word against the voice track using a local Whisper model, so the karaoke timing is exact. Then everything is assembled locally in Python and ffmpeg against a hardcoded brand config: her palette, her fonts, her logo placement, her watermark, her music bed. The blog side is a separate pipeline that takes a draft and an image and builds the formatted post on her WordPress site as a draft, ready for her to review. Nothing publishes itself. One rule the system will never break: she is Mexican, so the Spanish is Mexican Spanish, always. Get that wrong and the whole illusion collapses.
